The original, standard new build garden was boring and inpractical so I was delighted when Katie agreed to draw up some illustrations
to show how the space could be utilised to its full potential, and fulfil my desire to have a cottage style garden.
The project was much more difficult than we had first anticipated due to unforseen technical issues:
1.Access to the garden was via the garage through a personal door at the back which restricted what machinery could be used so
much of the work was done manually.
2. The original wall of wooden posts were concreted in to a depth of approx 7 feet so removal was impossible.
3. The bad weather threatened collapse of the thick clay soil base so working on the different levels was difficult.
Despite all these set backs the project was finished on time, within budget and to an extremely high standard showing the resilience
and tenacity of Katie and her landscapers to fulfil expectations and deliver regardless of what life throws at them!!
I am really pleased with the end result and am the envy of my neighbours who continue to negotiate their health and safety fencing
and uneven sloping grass levels.
I would highly recommend Katie to anyone considering having their garden landscaped - she has an ethical and professional approach to her work and completely understands the meaning of
customer service.
Oh and by the way she does enjoy a cup of tea, so if you do decide to employ Katie's services remember to put the kettle on!'
